The basics of getting people to like you are obvious — be nice, be considerate, be a decent human being. Those things are all true.

I don't like:

Dishonesty! Always be honest, never pretend to be something or someone you aren’t. Some people may not take the whole honesty thing all too well – stay clear of them. We all value an honest person because we know we can count on them and that they’ll always have our best interests at heart.
